HOSTING AND PERFORMANCE LICENSE — PSYRJ (version 1.0, draft pending legal review)

1. The licensor declares to be the author, performer and phonogram producer of the submitted work, or to be authorized by the other rights holders, and that the work contains no unauthorized samples, remixes or featured performances.
2. The licensor grants PSYRJ a NON-EXCLUSIVE, ROYALTY-FREE license to: (a) reproduce and stream the work on demand on the PSYRJ portal and app; (b) broadcast it on Rádio PSYRJ; (c) use excerpts of up to 60 seconds in PSYRJ promotional content on social networks; (d) use the artwork, artist name and photo when presenting the work.
3. Indefinite term. The licensor may revoke at any time with 30 days' notice, after which the work leaves the catalog and rotation; play records are preserved.
4. PSYRJ acquires no rights, charges the licensor nothing and pays no royalties in this version. Commercial use beyond the above requires a separate agreement.
5. Public streaming can be captured by third parties; PSYRJ promises no copy protection.
6. A rights dispute suspends the work until resolved. Licensor data is processed per the privacy notice.
In case of conflict between versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
