Privacy notice

This notice explains which data PSYRJ processes and why. It accompanies the processing inventory under preparation and will be updated when the legal review is complete.

Browsing requires no account

Reading the agenda, browsing profiles, listening to the catalog and the radio require no sign-up or identification.

What we collect

Suggestions and corrections. What you write and, if you choose to leave them, a name and e-mail for follow-up. Contact details are optional and deleted once the suggestion is decided.

Music submissions. Rights holder identification, contact and the rights declaration, which we must keep while the track is published and for the legal period afterwards.

Light accounts, when available. Your e-mail and what you save or follow.

Usage measurement. We count visits, plays and clicks in aggregate, with a session identifier that does not store who you are. Third-party tools and embeds load only after your consent.

What we do not do

We do not sell data, we do not run programmatic advertising, and we do not use any old contact base for anything. We do not target content at minors or create accounts for them.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data through the portal. We answer within the legal deadline.

Retention

Each kind of data has a defined period. Suggestion contacts are deleted after the decision; access codes expire in minutes; usage measurement is aggregated.
