Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the PSYRJ portal, Rádio PSYRJ and the app.

What PSYRJ offers

An editorial portal with a verified agenda of the electronic scene in the state of Rio de Janeiro, artist and organisation profiles, a catalog of music hosted under licence from the artists, and a continuous radio built from that catalog.

What PSYRJ is not

We are not a ticket seller, we do not produce the events we list, and we are not an intermediary for third-party ticket sales. When you click an event's official link you deal with whoever sells it. We are not responsible for pricing, entry, cancellation or the running of third-party parties.

Agenda accuracy

We work to keep every event correct and we show the date of the last check. Even so, information changes at the organisers' discretion. Always check the party's official channel before heading out.

Content and rights

Editorial content belongs to PSYRJ. Hosted music belongs to its rights holders and is used under licence. Event and artist images are used with documented rights. If you are a rights holder and found something improper, use the takedown request on the portal: we respond within a deadline.

Acceptable use

Bulk scraping, redistributing the catalog outside the portal, circumventing technical limits and using the PSYRJ brand without authorisation are not permitted.

Accounts

Where accounts exist, they are personal. You are responsible for access to your e-mail, which is the means of signing in.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced on the portal, and the current version is always published here.

Jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies.
